Reciprocal Borrowing: Sharing Our Resources Anacortes Public Library has formed agreements with Burlington Library, La Conner Regional Library, and Mt. Vernon City Library, allowing residents in good standing to also have a card at the partner libraries. Please visit your home library for more information and your verification sticker.
The Library Board of Trustees provides guidance to the library, adopting rules, regulations and policies as needed to ensure the efficient operation of the library and its services. Regular monthly meetings held on third Tuesdays at 6:30PM. No September 2009 meeting due to a lack of quorum.
